Monthly committee meetings are where the club is guided and managed. Key areas usually include:

• Reports from the President, Treasurer, Secretary and coordinators (coaching, juniors, events, sponsorship, facilities, etc.)
• Financial updates – income, expenses, budgets, grants and sponsorship
• Player, team and competition matters – registrations, player welfare, discipline, fixtures, and development
• Events and fundraising – planning upcoming events, working bees, presentations and social functions
• Facilities and equipment – grounds, clubhouse, uniforms, safety and maintenance
• Governance and compliance – policies, child safety, insurance, rules and regulations
• New business and ideas – proposals, improvements, feedback and future planning

The goal of each meeting is to make decisions, solve problems, support volunteers, and keep the club running smoothly for all members.
